1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the TechFixApps website (techfixapps.com) or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.
2. Services
TechFixApps provides technology repair and support services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Computer and laptop repair
- Smartphone and tablet repair
- Software troubleshooting and installation
- Data backup and recovery
- Remote technical support
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. We provide free diagnostics for most devices. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Warranty
All repairs come with a 30-day warranty covering the specific repair performed. This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage occurring after the repair
- Damage caused by misuse or accident
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Devices that have been tampered with by third parties
5. Data and Privacy
We take reasonable precautions to protect your data during repairs. However, we strongly recommend backing up all data before submitting a device for repair. TechFixApps is not liable for any data loss. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
6. Abandoned Devices
Devices left unclaimed for more than 90 days after notification of repair completion may be disposed of at our discretion. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking any such action.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechFixApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
8. Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TechFixApps and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
